Explore the step-by-step admission guide for Leads University. Applicants who have successfully completed Intermediate /A Levels or High School Diploma are eligible to apply for admission at Leads University subject to meeting the following admission criteria for the selected program. Eligibility
(1) Enrolment / Registration in the Four Year BS/Bachelor (Honors) Degree Program
(i)Students who have completed Intermediate (12 years of education) in any subject can apply for a 4-year BS/Bachelor (Honors) program under the semester system.
(ii)Students who already have a 2-year Bachelor degree (BA/BSc etc.) can also apply for the 4-year BS program.
They may receive up to 50 credit hours exemption based on their previous studies.
This decision is made by the Equivalence Committee.
(iii)These students must submit their transcript or detailed marks certificate.
The Equivalence Committee reviews the courses they studied before.
Credit is given course-to-course if the subjects match the new program.
(iv)Students must complete the remaining credit hours required by the university.
At least 60% of the courses must be studied at the university as a full-time student.
(v)Students must complete the core/major subject courses required in their BS program.
(vi)Students with 2-year BA/BSc degrees may need to take bridge courses.
These courses help cover the gap between the old 2-year degree system and the 4-year BS system.
(2) Enrolment/Registration in the Graduate/Two Years M.Phli (Conventional) Degree Program:
(i)Students who have completed 16 years of education, such as BS (Honors) or a conventional Master’s degree, are eligible to apply for the 2-year M.Phil (Conventional) program.
Admission is offered under the semester system.
The candidate must also fulfill other admission requirements set by the university, such as minimum marks or merit criteria.
(ii)The candidate must submit their transcripts or detailed marks certificates at the time of admission.
These documents are examined by the university to verify academic background and eligibility.
Based on these records, the university decides whether the student qualifies for the chosen M.Phil program.
(iii)After enrollment, the student must pass the GAT General test or a university entry test if required.
This test is necessary to meet the eligibility criteria for continuing in the M.Phil program.
It ensures that the student has the required academic ability for postgraduate research studies.

Online Admission Guidelines
Lahore Leads University offers admissions twice a year in Fall and Spring semesters.
Law, Pharmacy, and Engineering programs are offered only in the Fall semester.
Step 1- Visit the online admission link and register to access the application form.
Step 2-Fill the admission form carefully with correct personal and academic information.
Step 3- An Admission Counselor contacts the applicant for further admission guidance.
Step 4-Pay the admission fee online using the challan issued by the counselor.
Step 5-Upload required documents and submit the application.
The student receives the provisional admission slip from the university

On Campus Admission Guidelines
Lahore Leads University offers admissions twice a year, in the Fall and Spring semesters. However, programs in Law, Pharmacy, and Engineering are only offered for admission in the Fall semester.
Students who want to apply can visit the university campus or check the official website to get detailed information about available programs and the admission procedure.
Step 1-Visit the admission office located at Kamahan Road, DHA Phase 5, Lahore.
Step 2- Meet the admission counselors to get guidance and information about programs and requirements.
Step 3- Obtain the prospectus from the Accounts Section in the admission office.
Step 4- Submit the admission fee, required documents, and the first installment of the tuition fee.
Step 5- After completing these steps, the university will issue the first slip for provisional admission.

Transfer Policy
Transfer of Credits-Undergraduate and Graduate Programs at Lahore Leads University
Residency Requirement: At least 60% of total degree credits must be completed at Lahore Leads University to earn an undergraduate or graduate degree, along with other degree requirements.
Grade Eligibility:
For undergraduates, only courses with grade C or higher are eligible for transfer.
For graduates, only courses with grade B or higher are accepted.
Transferred credits count toward credit requirements but do not affect CGPA.
Course Equivalence: If a course has a different title but a similar curriculum to a Leads University course, credits may be transferred with Equivalence Committee approval.
Decision Authority: The Equivalence Committee, under LLU Regulation No. 2 of 2012, decides on all credit transfer requests following the above rules.
D.CGPA Exclusion: Transferred or exempted credits only satisfy credit hour requirements and are excluded from CGPA calculation.
