Lahore Leads University has modern libraries with up-to-date facilities for students. Students have access to thousands of books in libraries situated at its various premises. Libraries are providing services according to student’s satisfaction. Through digital library, students will be given access to major libraries, online books & journals and reference books. The libraries aim to enrich learning, teaching and research programs of the University by providing timely access to the high quality scholarly information and learning material in a variety of formats. With this mission in mind, the University aims to be a premier provider of knowledge resources and user-focused services.
Mission Statement
The mission of Dr. Tariq Aziz Library’s is to provide comprehensive library resources and services in order to meet the research, teaching, and student needs of the University. This is a multi-disciplinary library serving the faculty, students, researchers and staff of the university. The library has thousands of print and non-print materials to provide academic facilities to the students and teachers. The collection is ideally equipped to encourage and support both scholarly pursuits and practical research activities. The library is manned by qualified and experienced professionals, all dedicated to provide high quality innovative services. Our mission is to excel in supporting the academic and scholarly endeavor of our users, for meeting the instructional and research requirements through optimum utilization of the best possible resources, systems and services. We seek new and better ways of serving the academic needs of researches by anticipating information needs; by providing timely access to the desired resources and by promoting effective use of information by students, faculty and staff.
- To facilitate the library users in on the spot & remote use of the library resources
- To provide vital information for supporting the educational process of the University
- To Provide service to advance the educational and research mandate of the university.
- To develop leadership capacity through education and research programs.
I. Registered users must produce valid Lahore Leads University ID card for borrowing the library resources.
II. Borrowing must be done in person at the library circulation desk.
III. Overdue books will only be reissued after payment of late return fine.
IV. Reference material & CDs, are not issued.
V. Project, Thesis, Pamphlets, and Periodicals can only be consulted within the library.
VI. Books already checked out by some other user can be reserved. If the demanded books are not collected within two days, the reservation will be cancelled.
VII. If a member misplaces a book/ Library material and cannot find it even after a thorough search, he/she must report to the library immediately to avoid overdue fine.
VIII. Mutilation of library material is a matter of disciplinary action. Books accidentally damaged should be reported so that suitable assessment of their value can be made & damages paid.
IX. Books may be renewed in person at the circulation desk, provided they are not required by any other user.
X. The library staff may recall, or withhold the circulation of a book in the library at any time if required for special purposes.
XI. Our library staff is always at hand to help you in finding the desired material.
- Library will remain open from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm “Monday to Friday and Sunday”.
- Library will remain open from 3:00pm to 8:30pm only for Saturday.
- Library will remain closed for Two weeks for Annual Stock Verification.
- A special notice would be issued for the task
- Library Help Desk provides services from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Library will remain closed for Jumah Break from 12:30pm to 2:00pm.

We explore and implement innovative technologies and services in order to deliver information and scholarly resources conveniently to the users at any time/anyplace. We also provide well-equipped and functional physical spaces where students can pursue independent learning and discovery outside the classroom We frequently keep on reinforcing the library collections on variety of subjects in order to support the university programs.
