FACULTY RESEARCH
One of the main functions of a university is the creation of knowledge which is possible only through research carried out in various fields of learning. Research by the learned faculty as well as by the students at post graduate level results in the discovery, elucidation and evaluation of new knowledge, testing of new ideas and the introduction of technologies needed for the welfare of the society and benefit for humanity at large. That’s why research is recognized as an essential component of the curriculum in vogue. It is the key to fostering professional excellence among the teaching faculty and gives rise to provision of top-class education for the students, through involvement of students in research. Following the inquisitive norms and critical thinking, they become better students prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
