Reopening Plans and Procedures

NOTIFICATION
The Government has decided that the Universities and other educational institutions will re-open from 15th September 2020 onwards with strict compliance of the SOPs.
Accordingly, the University Management has decided to re-open the University for full academic and administrative functions with effect from 15th September 2020, under a phased schedule, given below:
- 15th September 2020: The Faculty will report to Chairs of respective Academic/Teaching Department (as per instructions given in the attached Invitation Letter);
- 20th September 2020: The Graduate Students (opting for on-campus face to face classes) will report in the respective Academic/Teaching Departments and follow instructions given by the Department; submit your Health Declaration in the Department;
- 21st September 2020: The Undergraduate Students (opting for on-campus face to face classes) will report in the respective Academic/Teaching Departments and follow instructions given by the Department; submit your Health Declaration in the Department;
- The Administrative, Technical and other Support Staff have already been on duty.
In this connection, the University’s SOPs on the re-opening of the University are attached for MANDATORY COMPLIANCE.
The University Cafeteria will remain closed till further orders.
Please wear face mask while entering the University. Make queue keeping social distance on all entrances. Bring food / eatables & water bottle from home. Wash with soap / sanitize your hands frequently.
